New Ocarina of Time 3D Information
A lot of information on Ocarina of Time 3D has been released. The game's Japanese website has been updated with new music, pictures, videos, and more. New information has also been given on the new special features and content with the 3D version.

On the games Japanese website, new videos have been added showing gameplay and how Ocarina of Time 3D incorporates the 3DS's exclusive features. Videos available show how the gyro works in the game along with the updated maps and item menu. Another video shown on the site explains all about the Master Quest and its mirrored appearance to the original game. The Master Quest has been altered to create more of a challenge, with enemies causing twice the amount of regular damage. Check it out here.

On, a gamer got their hands on a copy of Ocarina of Time 3D and describes its changes on a firsthand account. Explained in the article here, there have been many changes in temples, most notably the water temple, to make them less difficult. Instead of the traditional dungeon map as one consistent color, the map is split into three differently colored paths. Each of the different colored paths leads to a different place inside the Water Temple where the water level can be changed using Link's ocarina.

Another interesting thing about Ocarina of Time 3D that I did not know, found also on GameXplain, is that there is an option to re-challenge bosses. You can do this by sleeping in Link's bed in the Kokiri Forest after defeating and unlocking a boss. Rather than just re-challenging the boss, these battles are timed.

Ocarina of Time 3D will also include a guide system. Sheikah Stones, scattered throughout Hyrule, will show short clips lasting a few seconds will explain what to do next if you are stuck.
