Don't bend your back like Zant in Twilight Princess, in an effort to crack your back, just because you see him do it when you're playing Twilight Princess. Why? Because you'll probably end up at the Chiropractor the next day.

Don't sleep in until 1 PM on a school day. Why? I think it's pretty obvious.

I have to agree with the first tip, since my back exploded when I tried the Zant's advanced yoga and fitness training program... >_>

But I like sleeping until 1pm on a school day. I always get sent to the cool seats in the back of the class where there's lots of leftover gum and mean pictures etched into the desks! :D
