I have to agree with the first tip, since my back exploded when I tried the Zant's advanced yoga and fitness training program... >_> But I like sleeping until 1pm on a school day. I always get sent to the cool seats in the back of the class where there's lots of leftover gum and mean pictures etched into the desks! :D
